We answer every message, usually within one day. Please tell us which phone you are using and, if you saw an error, the short code in brackets at the end of the message, for example (http_502). That code tells us exactly what went wrong.
You answer a few questions about the person the song is for: who they are, the occasion, a mood, a musical style and their name. Only the name is required. The app writes lyrics from your details, then sings them over music. A short sung preview is free.
The complete song to keep and share, a lyric video with the words moving as it plays, and karaoke: the same song without the vocal, so you can record your own voice over it. It is a one-time payment for that song. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Open the app again. A purchase that was paid for but not delivered is recovered automatically, and you are never charged twice. If it still does not appear, email us and we will deliver it by hand.
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our side, write to us first and we will try to put it right.
Use headphones. Without them the microphone records the backing track along with your voice, and the two cannot be separated afterwards.
English and Turkish. You can switch at any time, and the song is written in whichever language is selected when the lyrics are generated.
No. There is no sign-up, no login, and no password. We do not collect your name, email or contacts.
